Data controller and contact
Data processed when you visit
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. using Cloudflare Workers with static assets. It consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:
- IP address.
- Date and time of the request.
- Requested URL.
- Browser user agent.
- Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
- Country derived from the IP address.
These data are used to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and direct start-page visitors to a country-based language version. Delivery and security processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interests in making the website available and protecting it.
The website’s Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data as the hosting provider under its own terms. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies, browser storage and third-party resources
The website’s own scripts set no cookies and use no browser storage. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies under the conditions below; this does not mean that every visitor receives them.
| Cookie | Purpose | When it may be set |
|---|---|---|
| cf_clearance | Stores proof that a security challenge was passed. | Only if Cloudflare shows a security challenge. |
| __cf_bm | Bot protection. | Only if Cloudflare bot protection is active for the domain; expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. |
| cf_chl_* | Supports the Cloudflare challenge platform. | Only while a security challenge is shown. |
Details are available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources and contain no embedded third-party content.
Contact by email
Contact is by email at tevezmc32@gmail.com; there is no contact form. Email correspondence is handled through Google LLC’s Gmail service. Your email address, message and information you include are processed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.
Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering correspondence. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
External websites and partner links
Partner buttons link through tvsm.space and may earn us a commission. The link includes source tags identifying this website, page, language and button position. Following it sends a request to an external service, which may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. The tags do not contain your account password or identity documents. Pages include external links to regulators, help services and sources. Data is transferred to those external websites only when you click a link; their privacy policies govern their subsequent processing.
Processing outside the EEA
The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Hosting through Cloudflare and email handling through Google may also involve processing outside the EEA.
Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.
Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google’s data transfer frameworks.
Retention
The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; no fixed deletion period has been set. Cloudflare processes hosting request data under its own terms, separately from the website’s lack of request logging.
Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, your rights include:
- Access to your personal data under Article 15.
- Rectification of inaccurate data under Article 16.
- Erasure under Article 17.
- Restriction of processing under Article 18.
- Information, on request, about recipients notified of rectification, erasure or restriction under Article 19.
- Data portability under Article 20, where applicable.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21.
If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact tevezmc32@gmail.com.
